Leasing And Listing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Leasing & Listing Coordinator with experience posting and managing rental property listings on platforms such as Zillow, Apartments.com, HotPads, and other rental marketplaces. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and can effectively support leasing and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage rental property listings on Zillow and other online rental platforms.
• Ensure listing information, photos, pricing, and property details are accurate and up to date.
• Respond to rental inquiries and communicate with prospective tenants professionally.
• Schedule property showings and coordinate with leasing staff or property managers.
• Monitor listing performance and make updates as needed to improve visibility.
• Maintain organized records of leads, inquiries, and leasing activities.
• Assist with other administrative and leasing support tasks as required.
  
  
  

• Proven experience listing rental units on Zillow and similar rental platforms (required).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with property management software (Buildium, AppFolio, Rent Manager, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings and tasks efficiently.
