Lead Generation Specialist/Lead Generation & Client Support Assistant (Up to ₱45,000 | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City, Philippines | 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM PHT | Monday to Friday

Help a growing insurance practice find its next clients. In this role, you split your time evenly between two sides of a US insurance broker’s business. On one side, you build the pipeline and online presence of a new independent insurance agency. On the other, you support the broker’s established book of business with appointments, email marketing, and sales projects.

This is a lead generation and marketing support role, not an outside sales role. You’ll prospect on LinkedIn, run niche email and video outreach, set appointments, and keep website content sharp, with hands-on training on the client’s tools. You’ll work onsite in Cebu City for your first two months, then move to a hybrid setup with onsite days twice a month. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Additional performance-based incentives will also be offered, with the incentive structure and amounts to be finalized upon the successful candidate's onboarding.

YOU’RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• At least 2 years of experience in outbound calling and appointment setting
• Very strong spoken and written English, and confidence on the phone explaining services, requesting documents, and booking meetings
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website content management, such as WordPress or a similar CMS
• Experience with web or niche digital marketing, such as email campaigns, social media, landing pages, or content
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting, connecting, and messaging
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel (lists, trackers, basic formulas), plus Outlook, Word, and Teams
• Strong organization and attention to detail, including the ability to manage two workstreams and switch between systems with ease
• Comfort using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT in your everyday work
• Openness to a night shift schedule and an onsite-to-hybrid work setup
• A genuine interest in a stable, long-term role

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience with Zywave or another lead-generation platform
• Hands-on use of CRM and email marketing tools such as HubSpot
• Experience with video outreach tools such as OneMob
• Insurance experience in personal or commercial lines, including agency systems such as Epic
• Basic graphic or content creation skills using tools like Canva

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Lead Development & Prospecting

You own the front end of the pipeline, turning target niches into qualified conversations and booked appointments.

• Research, build, and maintain prospect lists for personal and commercial lines niches such as pharmacies, home health care providers, and high-net-worth individuals
• Find, connect with, and follow up on prospects through LinkedIn and email, introducing the agency and its services
• Make warm and follow-up calls to explain services and set appointments between qualified prospects and advisors
• Request prospects’ current insurance declaration pages, capture policy expiration dates, and follow up until documents are ready for quoting
• Keep prospect lists, call logs, and pipeline trackers accurate in Excel or the CRM

SEO, Website & Niche Marketing

You ensure the agency shows up well online and reaches each target market with the right message.

• Update website pages and content, and apply on-page SEO basics: keywords, page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal links
• Help build and maintain niche-focused landing pages and blog or resource posts
• Keep online business listings accurate and up to date
• Run and monitor email, social media, and video outreach campaigns designed to generate inquiries and quote requests

Broker Support & Sales Projects

You support a senior broker’s day-to-day sales activity, keeping appointments, campaigns, and follow-ups moving.

• Manage the broker’s calendar, book client and prospect appointments, and send reminders
• Prepare, schedule, and track email marketing for an established book of business
• Use internal systems and quoting tools to support prospect research, cross-sell lists, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
• Draft clear, professional follow-up emails and keep notes and records current
• Share a simple weekly update on activity and results, and keep each business area’s data and systems separate in line with access and compliance rules
