About The Role

The ideal candidate is responsible for analyzing, developing, supporting, and maintaining enterprise and web-based applications. The position is expected to work independently, contribute as a subject matter expert, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and deliver effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently and develop into a subject matter expert (SME) in assigned systems and technologies.
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute technical insights and solutions to work-related challenges.
• Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into clear application specifications.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain application and web-based systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system behavior, investigate issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex application and system issues.
• Analyze application logs, system metrics, and other technical data to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
• Document technical findings, resolutions, and processes to establish and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
• Support application lifecycle management and established system support processes.
• Assist with the implementation of system updates, patches, and enhancements to improve application stability and performance.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they affect users.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities throughout the application development and implementation lifecycle.
• Support project management activities and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of assigned initiatives.
  
  

• Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE).
• At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, system design, including database design, development, implementation, and quality assurance for System Analyst-level responsibilities.
• At least 3 years of experience in application development, programming, and system support for Analyst Programmer-level responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex software systems.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and application support processes.
• Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to effectively identify and diagnose technical issues.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  
  

• Experience with Java Standard Edition (Java SE).
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and enterprise application environments.
