Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to casino floor operations and gaming business units.
• Provide 2nd-level support for gaming peripherals such as printers, kiosks, and related hardware.
• Maintain and monitor gaming servers and applications ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve gaming application issues, escalating to vendors or higher-level support when necessary.
• Analyze reported issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in testing, validating, and deploying vendor-released patches or enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support cross-functional operations and resolve issues, identify improvements, enhance system reliability, and support continuous operational excellence.
• Support compliance and audit requirements by ensuring systems and processes follow regulatory standards.
• Report recurring or critical issues to the Senior or IT Manager – Gaming and recommend solution and improvements.
  
  

• Knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, and SQL administration.
• Hands-on experience with application support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with casino gaming systems (preferred but not required).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible duty schedules across different shifts to support 24/7 operations.
