Illustrator

Job Description

We are looking for a highly versatile and proactive Digital Illustrator to join our creative team. In this role, you will conceptualize and create high-quality digital illustrations across a variety of styles and mediums, from stylized artwork and concept art to commercial illustrations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to produce production-ready assets while ensuring quality, creativity, and adherence to project timelines and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal creative teams to conceptualize, sketch, and develop compelling illustration concepts.
• Create high-quality digital paintings, vector illustrations, and production-ready visual assets.
• Adapt artwork to a wide range of visual styles, including character design, environment concepts, packaging art, storybook illustrations, and commercial artwork.
• Revise and refine illustrations based on feedback from clients, project managers, and the Creative Director.
• Ensure all artwork aligns with project requirements, brand standards, and quality expectations.
• Manage multiple illustration projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay current with digital illustration techniques, industry trends, and emerging creative tools.
• Present visual concepts to clients, explain creative decisions, and incorporate client feedback professionally.
  
  

• at least 3 years of experience as a Digital Illustrator, Concept Artist, or similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple illustration styles and subject matters.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience creating digital paintings, vector illustrations, and production-ready artwork.
• Comfortable working in a macOS environment.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable with a willingness to learn new artistic styles and creative techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with confidence in presenting concepts directly to clients and handling client feedback professionally.
