Job Responsibilities

• To keep all air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in good state of maintenance and repair.
• To check frequently all major air handling units for correct function and performance, cleanliness of filters, drive belt tension and lubrication of bearings.
• To perform regular preventive maintenance of all air handling units and refrigeration equipment in accordance with the schedule.
• To check daily temperatures of all refrigerated stores and inspect the respective condensing units for proper function
• To carry out repairs to air conditioning and refrigeration equipment when necessary.
• To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.
• To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.
• To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform, particularly when working in guests’ areas.
• To perform duties outside the scope of his trade in case of emergency, if so called upon.
  
  

• Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of aircon /refrigeration and ventilation systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC machinery.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with safety standards and health regulations in HVAC equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Relevant technical certification or trade license preferred.
