The Human Resources Head is responsible for leading the organization's overall HR strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role oversees all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, and HR operations. The position plays a critical role in fostering a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce while driving organizational growth and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is required.
With 15+ years of proven experience in general facets of HR, including 5+ years of experience as an HR Head.
Extensive experience managing end-to-end overall HR functions, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations.
Experience within the automotive or related industries is a plus.
Certifications
Professional certifications related to Human Resources and People Management (e.g., PMAP PSOF, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organization's overall HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term growth plans.
Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and HR administration.
Design and drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Ensure the effective implementation of performance management processes, providing guidance to leaders on employee development and performance improvement.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Promote a positive employee experience by fostering a culture of engagement, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
Provide strategic guidance and coaching to management on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and employee-related matters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while minimizing organizational risk.
Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation.
Oversee workplace health, safety, and wellness programs to support employee well-being and regulatory compliance.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across HR programs and processes.
Manage and optimize HR systems, processes, and policies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Prepare and manage the HR department's annual budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control.
Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to organizational planning, business strategy, and overall company success.
