Job Description
Select VoiceCom in Cebu IT Park is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator responsible for day-to-day HR activities such as preparing contracts, updating masterlist, maintaining 201 files, and recording employee data in the HRIS.
You will partner with Team Leaders and Campaign Managers for performance evaluations after training and probation, ensure accurate employment records, and prepare all contracts and transfer documents.
