We're looking for

HR EMPLOYEE WELLNESS & WELLBEING OFFICER

Workbase: North Reclamation Area, Cebu City

Qualifications

Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, other Social Sciences or any related course.

1-4 years' experience in Employee Wellness & Wellbeing addressing employee welfare through supportive programs initiatives.

Experience in initiating and managing programs that promote a healthy, supportive, safe, and engaging workplace is preferred.

Responsibilities

Addressing employee welfare concerns, coordinating employee assistance initiatives, supporting psychosocial wellbeing, and facilitating programs that enhance employees' physical, emotional, social, and overall quality of work life.

Ensures that employee welfare programs are aligned with the organization's values, policies, and business objectives, while maintaining confidentiality and appropriate documentation of employee concerns and interventions.
