Responsibilities – How will you do this?
- Data Management
- Encode and update employee information in HR systems (e.g., Darwinbox, SAP)
- Maintain and organize employee records and files
- Track employee data changes including new hires and status updates
- Ensure completeness of onboarding documentation
- Employee Movement
- Prepare templates for regularization and transfer documentation
- Track submission and approval of movement-related documents
- Maintain organized filing of employee movement records
- Address basic employee inquiries or escalate when necessary
Government Benefit Administration
- Collect and validate requirements for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN
- Guide employees on documentation and submission requirements
- Track benefit enrollment and maintain monitoring logs
- Coordinate with payroll or vendors for follow-ups on pending applications
- Administrative and Coordination Support
- Coordinate document routing and approvals with internal teams
- Maintain trackers and assist in report preparation
- Escalate issues or discrepancies to supervisors
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and proper documentation practices
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, HR Business Partners, and Vendors
- Communicate and escalate concerns professionally and diplomatically
To be successful, you’ll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (open to fresh graduates)
- Internship or academic exposure to HR processes is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Willingness to learn HR systems such as Darwinbox or SAP
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain data accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to respond to employee inquiries professionally
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
