• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• ALS Graduates are welcome
• C1 and up AM score
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City (Cebu IT Park Insular)
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Open to freshers / no call center experience
  
  

• Assist customers with travel-related inquiries such as bookings, reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes
• Provide accurate information on flights, accommodations, policies, and travel guidelines
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive travel experience
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and data privacy policies
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear, confident, and empathetic communication
