Job Description
Lead and oversee regional home and car financing operations from acquisition to booking.
Ensure the business meets profitability goals, operates within budget, and maintains acceptable risk and compliance levels.
Supervise the team in handling loan referrals, partnerships, and client engagements across the region.
Coordinate with internal and external clients to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
Manage administrative tasks and represent the division in corporate, developer, and accreditation-related activities.
Recommend improvements to policies, processes, and systems to strengthen the divisions performance.
