• Ensure the business meets profitability goals, operates within budget, and maintains acceptable risk and compliance levels.
• Supervise the team in handling loan referrals, partnerships, and client engagements across the region.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
