As a Team Leader, you will drive operational excellence by ensuring your team consistently meets performance, productivity, and quality targets. You will coach and support team members, solve day‑to‑day operational challenges, and help build a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor team attendance.
• Review and clear operational action items from the shared inbox.
• Facilitate daily stand‑up meetings for alignment and priority setting.
• Oversee the feedback queue and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform weekly Quality Check (QC) management.
• Lead weekly team meetings with operators to track progress and address issues.
• Attend weekly alignment meetings with Managers and Co‑Team Leads.
• Update the Team Health Check report.
• Schedule, conduct, and document monthly Gemba sessions.
• Update and maintain the team roster.
• Review and update the Team Skill Matrix.
• Drive and support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
• Review, maintain, and update Work Instructions (WIs).
• Conduct meaningful one‑on‑one conversations with team members via myPerformance.

What we would like you to bring

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Other degrees, diplomas, or professional certifications may be considered.
  
  

Experience

• 2–5 years of direct leadership experience, preferably within Sea Logistics.
• Exposure to project management and international environments is an advantage.
  
  

Skills & Expertise

• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong working knowledge of SALOG and CIEL systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High cognitive skills and strong attention to detail.
