GS Sea Logistics Specialist - Export File Creation

Your Role

Perform assigned tasks related to Sea Logistics Business for Kuehne Nagel offices and branches which are serviced by GS Cebu.

Tasks must be performed according a Standard Operation Process/Working Instruction and must meet Performance and Productivity targets

Job Description

• Achieve KPIs (performance and productivity)
• Communicate with stakeholders either by telephone or electronically
• Follow Working Instructions / SOP
• Maintain fluent communication with his/her Team Leader and report activities
• Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process he/she is handling.
• Strictly Respect Company Guidelines and Policy (Compliance, Attendance, KN Behaviours)
• Perform based systems Tasks on time and with accuracy (Timeliness, Productivity, Quality)
• Ensure all tasks are completed by end of working shift
  
  

Freight Forwarding Business Awareness : Low to Medium

Communication Skills : Low to Medium

Systems Knowledge : Low to Medium

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Ad, Operation Analysis or any logistic related course
• 1–3 years of logistics experience
• Knowledgeable of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with strong cognitive skills and a focus on accuracy
• Proven team player with a professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Demonstrates commitment, dedication, and the ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
