The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will collaborate with other RPA Developers and Business Analysts to deliver simple to complex global automation solutions that solve key business challenges and increase the company’s overall process efficiency. This role focuses on automating manual and repetitive processes, allowing the organization to focus on value-added tasks. Success is measured by the ability to deliver reliable automation solutions and ensure the ongoing performance and stability of deployed robots.
Main Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain simple to complex automation solutions using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath).
Develop reusable components, scripts, and frameworks to drive efficiency for future projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, clarify requirements and exceptions, and document solutions.
Monitor and maintain robots in production, ensuring uptime, performance, and SLA compliance.
Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions for bugs and incidents.
Complete change requests and enhancements within agreed SLAs.
Conduct weekly and monthly performance monitoring of deployed robots and report findings.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices across all development work.
Communicate timely updates on bug resolutions, change implementations, and system updates to relevant stakeholders.
Administer daily tasks using automation tools (e.g., UiPath Orchestrator), including scheduling, monitoring, and server utilization.
Provide ongoing support and documentation updates as needed.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
(Optional) Design, develop, and maintain web applications (e.g., React) as required.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferably with Certified (UiPath) RPA Developer with 3+ years of development experience in RPA tools/technologies (UiPath)
Preferably experience in the field of process automation in a service center environment (experience in the field of transport and logistics a plus )
A proven record of identifying opportunities and developing problems with the use of RPA
Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem-solving; and system(s) testing, including UAT and bug fixes.
Knowledge about agile processes like scrum are beneficial
Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
