Your Role as a Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, youll work closely with our clients marketing teams and internal stakeholders to create visually engaging materials that support campaigns, communications, and brand presence. Youll manage multiple projects, balance feedback, and ensure all outputs meet brand standards and deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Production

• Design and produce promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters
• Create high-quality digital assets for social media, email campaigns (eDM), and web
• Ensure all designs are visually engaging, clear, and aligned with objectives
  
  

Brand Consistency & Visual Standards

• Apply and maintain brand guidelines, including typography and design systems
• Ensure consistency across all creative outputs
• Contribute to strengthening the brands visual identity
  
  

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with marketing teams and internal stakeholders
• Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining design quality
  
  

File Management & Workflow Efficiency

• Maintain well-organized design files and assets
• Support efficient creative workflows and systems
• Ensure files are accessible and properly documented
  
  

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a graphic design role
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Strong conceptual, visual, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
