Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute the hotel business strategy aligned with the integrated resorts goals.
  • Lead annual operating plans, budgets, and performance forecasts for all hotel units.
  • Identify and drive new revenue opportunities, cost optimization, and guest experience improvements.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities in Rooms, F&B concepts, banquets, catering, and events.
  • Ensure seamless integration of hotel and casino guest programs, loyalty systems, and marketing initiatives.

Operations Management – Rooms & F&B

  • Oversee daily operations across Rooms, Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B outlets, bars, lounges, IRD, and event spaces.
  • Lead F&B excellence: menu engineering, outlet performance, culinary standards, and guest experience design.
  • Ensure consistent luxury service delivery across all guest touchpoints.
  • Maintain compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Ensure readiness for VIP arrivals, high‑profile events, and resort‑wide initiatives.

Financial Performance & Profitability

  • Own the P&L for hotel and F&B, ensuring revenue targets, GOP, and cost efficiencies are achieved.
  • Oversee Room and F&B pricing strategies with Finance and Commercial teams.
  • Optimize labor, productivity, food and beverage cost, and inventory systems.
  • Drive profit growth in restaurants, bars, banquets, and in‑room dining operations.

Guest Experience & Service Culture

  • Champion a luxury service culture across Rooms and F&B operations.
  • Lead guest feedback programs and ensure strong satisfaction and service‑recovery standards.
  • Oversee brand standard implementation and ensure consistency across all outlets.
  • Enhance VIP journey and personalized guest experiences.

Leadership, Talent & Culture

  • Lead, mentor, and develop hotel and F&B leadership teams.
  • Drive succession planning and performance management across all levels.
  • Partner with HR on recruitment, retention, learning, and employee engagement programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.

Compliance, Quality & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with hotel, food service, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee quality audits, food safety programs, hygiene inspections, and workplace safety.
  • Strengthen internal controls, procurement standards, and operational governance.

Stakeholder, Partner & Community Engagement

  • Represent NUSTAR Hotels & F&B in stakeholder events, industry networks, and media engagements.
  • Build partnerships with culinary collaborators, suppliers, tourism organizations, and luxury brands.
  • Support CSR initiatives and community engagement activities.

Ad Hoc Tasks

  • Perform special assignments, projects, or initiatives as directed by the COO or Executive Committee.
  • Lead cross‑functional task forces, crisis response teams, and new business initiatives as needed.
  • Support resort‑wide operational requirements and strategic priorities beyond the hotel division when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10–15 years of senior leadership in luxury hotel or integrated resort operations.
  • Proven experience managing Rooms and full F&B operations at a 5‑star or international hotel brand.
  • Strong financial acumen with full P&L accountability.
  • Experience leading large teams in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.
