As part of our GDS Consulting team, you will be part of No Code Low Code team. You will be working on latest Microsoft Power Platform technologies and will collaborate with other teams within Consulting services.
Your key responsibilities
Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Apps Portal & O365
Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources
Good at SQL Schema Design, Database Schema Design, Stored procedures, function and T-SQL.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve business processes.
Manage a team of developers and analysts to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Establish best practices for Power Platform development, including governance, security, and compliance.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption of Power Platform solutions.
Monitor and analyze the performance of Power Platform applications and make recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of the Power Platform and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
Develop and maintain documentation related to Power Platform applications and processes.
Collaborating with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop work program timelines, risk assessments and other documents/templates.
Skills and attributes for success
Able to manage Senior stakeholders.
Experience in leading teams to execute high quality deliverables within stipulated timeline.
Skills in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent & UI Flow.
Good to have skills on Model Apps, Power Apps Portal, Desktop Flow, Common Data Services
Strong SQL experience, Skills on O365 /Dynamics 365
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
Demonstrating and applying strong project management skills, inspiring teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelors or masters degree
A minimum of 10-14 years of experience, preferably background in a professional services firm.
Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred
At least 5 years of lead role experience
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and other cloud services.
Knowledge of data analytics and visualization best practices.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals) are a plus.
