Financial Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with high-level managerial experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an expert-level understanding of QuickBooks Online, a strong ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, and a keen eye for identifying errors. The role requires a deep understanding of CQ (Corrective Action) control in relation to QA (Quality Assurance) activities to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all financial records and transactions in QuickBooks Online.
  
  
  

• Lead and mentor a team of junior financial analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Oversee financial operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
  
  
  

• Implement and manage Corrective Action (CQ) control processes to mitigate risks and improve the accuracy of financial reporting.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to identify potential financial discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
  
  
  

• Maintain and manage the companys financial data within QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to QuickBooks Online, ensuring the system is optimized for financial reporting.
• Provide training and support to staff on QuickBooks Online as needed.
  
  
  

• Identify and correct errors in financial data, ensuring all financial information is accurate and reliable.
• Develop and implement processes to prevent future errors and improve the efficiency of financial operations.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  
  
  

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online, including advanced features and integrations.
• Proven experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.
  
  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of CQ control processes in relation to QA activities.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle complex financial data and reporting.
