Finance - Record To Report Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform and validate General Ledger accounting transaction processing.
• Prepare balance sheet accounts reconciliation and other analyses assigned. Ensure that these accounts are reconciled and justification is properly documented.
• Prepare Inter- and Intra-company transaction processing and clearing.
• Ensures the update of the fixed asset sub ledger as a result of review and/or physical asset check.
• Ensures the delivery of tax related reportorial requirements of the country assigned, including domestic and foreign VAT computations, and others as requested.
• Performs closing and reporting activities.
• Ensures timely and successful completion of closing activities.
• Ensures compliance to audit requirements.
• Exercises business partnership with Head of Accounting and GFC counterparts.
• Updates process documentation (desktop procedures) on assigned process including internal controls.
• Prepares and consolidates key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinates with team and business partners on the resolution of complex issues and queries.
• Identify and drive opportunities for improvement in functional area.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Min 4 years solid experience in General Ledger Accounting, and/or Audit.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• Excellent in finance analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Tools specifically Excel.
• Experience in SAP ERP system is a plus.
• Must be willing to work in Cebu City, Philippines supporting Americas Region. Workshift is 3pm-12mn and GY during MEC.
