  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
  • Create and maintain documentation of support tickets, including solutions and workarounds
  • Collaborate with product development team to identify and resolve recurring issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Education: At least a 2-year degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years
  • Technical background
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Driving skills
