Job Responsibilities

• Guest Service
• Provide warm, courteous and prompt service to all guests. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Have thorough knowledge of the Il Primo menu, including ingredients, preparation methods and wine pairings.
• Ensure that guests’ needs and preferences are anticipated and met throughout their dining experience.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and communicate any concerns to the supervisor or manager.
  
  

• Operational Responsibilities
• Prepare tables and service areas before each shift according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene in all dining and service areas.
• Follow proper procedures for order taking, billing and cash handling through the POS system.
• Ensure accurate communication and coordination with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Assist in opening, closing and daily operational duties as required.
  
  

• Teamwork and Communication
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
• Attend daily briefings and actively participate in team discussions.
• Support and assist team members during peak periods.
  
  

• Compliance and Standards:
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene and sanitation policies.
• Follow company grooming and service standards at all times.
• Comply with health, safety and security regulations of the property.
  

• Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of wine and beverage service is an advantage.
