Job Responsibilities

Experienced on managing/supervising team of technicians during the shift with regards to Operations and Maintenance of the following HVAC and Electrical Systems:

• Power Generators
• Power Substation
• Chillers
• Cooling Towers
• Pumps
• Sewage Treatment Plant
• Boilers
• Air Handling Units
• Fire Pumps
• FDAS
• BMS
• UPS for Critical Equipment
• Energy Utility and Management
  
  

• Registered Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical.
• Prior experience in an industrial environment or Hospitality industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments (heat, noise, lifting, shifting work schedules, etc.).
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in maintenance reporting systems.
• Budgeting, procurement, and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Skills Proficiency (Please specify the skill set required and the corresponding skill level, e.g. basic, intermediate, advanced).
• Full knowledge and understanding of the HVAC and Electrical Systems to ensure safe and continues operation.
• High level of management/supervisory skills as he will be leading the operations team during shifts.
