Engineering And Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Inspect and oversee maintenance, repairs, and equipment functionality.
• Manage Motor Pool operations and farm facility sanitation.
• Maintain power generation, distribution lines, and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Monitor maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and buildings.
• Implement and update safety measures, manuals, and standards.
• Recommend improvements in building design and safety compliance.
• Oversee pest control, bidding processes, and contractor performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations, department meetings, and reporting.
• Track updates through weekly and monthly reports.
• Perform other assigned tasks and special projects.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or any related course.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, ideally within the agribusiness sector.
• Licensed Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial disciplines in highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in preventive maintenance programs, vendor coordination, and asset lifecycle management.
• Proven leadership background in supervising engineering and maintenance teams across multiple sites.
• Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and cost control
