• Manage all electrical engineering scope for urban development projects, including:
  • MV/LV power distribution
  • Lighting systems
  • ELV systems (fire alarm, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, BMS)
• Review and manage electrical designs for compliance with:
  • Philippine Electrical Code (PEC)
  • Cebu City LGU requirements
  • Local utility provider standards
• Coordinate with the client, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor construction works to ensure quality, safety, schedule, and cost compliance
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and commissioning plans
• Conduct site inspections, technical audits, and progress evaluations
• Manage electrical-related risks, technical issues, and value engineering initiatives
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover
• Prepare progress reports and present updates
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 8–12 years of electrical project experience in urban development, high-rise buildings, mixed-use projects, or infrastructure
• Able to communicate fluently in English and local language
