Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs

Personal Responsibilities
    • Identify and mitigate fraud
    • Promote sales
    • Provide one-call, chat and email resolution
    • Follow up with customers
    • Interaction with third parties teams
    • 100% usage of the program tools
    • Basic troubleshooting
     
S͏kills Required ● Good Comprehension of written, and spoken English ● Good communication and Interpersonal Skills ● Good knowledge of Online Risk and Frauds ● Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies ● Multitasking ● Schedule flexibility ● Stable profile ● Strong attention to details ● Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills ● Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture ● Ability to work well with a team and individually ● Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness ● Previous business process outsourcing, customer service, payment risk investigations is a add on ● Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries ● Should be commited and have a postive attitude towards work ● Should be familiar with Google Applications such as google sheets,docs etc Q͏ualfications
  • College graduate of any course, Undergraduate but completed at least 2yrs in College 
  •  Senior Highschool graduate
  • With or Without experience
