As a Duty Supervisor, Mactan, you will support station leadership in managing and monitoring daily operational performance. This role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant airport operations while maintaining service excellence across all assigned shifts.

What You Will Do

• Ensure that 1Aviation’s Vision, Mission, and Values are achieved.
• Ensure sufficient workforce, funds, facilities, and equipment are available to support daily operations.
• Promote and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards based on regulatory requirements, government laws, industry standards, and company policies.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently implemented on shift.
• Conduct daily briefings and de-briefings; assist in cascading Station Notices and Memos to personnel.
• Act as alternate to the Station Manager/Duty Manager in coordinating with concerned stations and departments (e.g., NCC/HCC) for planned and unplanned flight delays, disruptions, and aircraft changes.
• Monitor station facilities such as airport systems, gates, counters, FIDS, and baggage conveyors, and report issues to Airport Management and station leadership.
• Assist in managing day-to-day operational disruptions within authorized limits and escalate issues beyond authority.
• Ensure shift requirements for resources, facilities, supplies, and equipment are sufficient and operational; monitor corrective actions for inoperative facilities.
• Prepare and submit required operational reports to the Duty Manager or Station Manager.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for discrepancies and delays within assigned areas.
• Participate in station meetings and contribute operational improvement recommendations.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and personnel within operational areas.
• Coordinate with concerned stations and departments on passenger and ramp-related concerns.
• Identify, report, and eliminate safety hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe practices.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
  
  

An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Background & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• At least 2 years of experience in airport, airline, or ground handling operations (or a related field)
