• Safely transport passengers to their destinations while adhering to traffic laws, company policies, and established routes.
• Provide a professional, courteous, and customer-focused experience for all passengers.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and other reasonable needs when necessary.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  
  

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately.
• Ensure proper charging of the vehicle based on operational requirements.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with Fleet Maintenance as needed.
  
  

• Strictly comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation regulations.
• Practice defensive driving techniques to ensure passenger and public safety.
• Ensure passengers comply with safety requirements during the trip.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and all required certifications at all times.
• Report accidents, incidents, or traffic violations promptly following company procedures.
