Position Overview:

As a Division Analyst (DA) you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency within the division. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Division Lead by analyzing performance metrics, ensuring adherence to processes, and identifying areas for improvement. This position offers the flexibility of a work-from-home setup, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9:00 PM- 6:00 AM, Remote/Work-from-Home

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:.

Operational Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze team productivity and performance metrics to identify trends and areas needing improvement.

Process Communication

  • Develop and disseminate process updates and guidelines to the team through clear and concise email communications, including infographics.

Compliance Monitoring

  • Track team adherence to established processes and conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards.

Attendance and Evaluations

  • Oversee attendance records and facilitate monthly performance evaluations to ensure consistent team performance.

Process Improvement

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions.

General Support

  • Provide daily operational support to ensure smooth and efficient team operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any field; Industrial Engineering is a plus but not required.
  • Minimum of 6 months in office administration or a role related to process improvement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in creating operating procedures; experience in office administration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing or mentoring teams

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

  • Monthly Salary: ₱25,000 - ₱30,000
  • New Hire Bonus: ₱5,000
  • Attendance Bonus: ₱2,000
