Salary: Up to PHP 250,000/month

Direct Hire | Hybrid Work Arrangement (subject to operational needs)

Job Summary

The Director of Revenues is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving top-line revenue across leasing, event sales, and other revenue streams while overseeing marketing and branding initiatives. This position integrates all aspects of sales strategy, marketing campaigns, pricing optimization, and revenue generation across a diverse portfolio, including commercial, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use properties, as well as corporate, social, and academic events. The role is critical in shaping revenue-focused decisions, driving occupancy, increasing event bookings, and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across leasing, events, and other revenue streams
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for commercial, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use properties
  • Lead marketing and branding initiatives to enhance company visibility and positioning
  • Optimize pricing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, occupancy rates, and event performance to inform strategic decisions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, presenting insights and recommendations to management
  • Implement customer experience technologies and tools to improve client engagement
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 34 direct reports
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with revenue strategies

AQualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required; Post Graduate Diploma / Masters Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles in real estate or property development
  • Proven track record in driving measurable improvements in leasing, event sales, and marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Experience in implementing customer experience technologies and tools is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to create and present comprehensive reports to management
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
