Overview:

Professional I, Digital & Social Marketing supports the execution of digital and social marketing initiatives that strengthen Xerox's brand presence across corporate and executive channels. In this role, you will help create engaging visual content, support digital campaigns, and contribute to marketing programs that drive brand awareness and audience engagement. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help deliver high-quality, on-brand marketing assets across multiple channels.

• Support the planning, creation, and execution of digital and social marketing assets across multiple channels.
• Design and develop on-brand graphics, campaign assets, marketing collateral, presentations, templates, icons, and brand resources that align with established brand guidelines.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements, present creative concepts, and refine deliverables based on feedback.
• Assist with editorial planning by maintaining content calendars, coordinating publishing schedules, preparing digital content, and supporting community engagement activities.
• Compile campaign performance metrics, maintain operational trackers and content repositories, and support efficient marketing workflows through accurate documentation and coordination.
  
  

• Experience supporting digital, social media, or marketing content development.
• Ability to create visually engaging marketing assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
