Designer/Architectural Drafter

Location: Remote contractor role -- open to candidates located in the Philippines.

Roll Construction builds high-quality new homes and is expanding its in-house design capability. Were looking for a remote designer/drafter who can help create residential design drawings and renderings to support our projects and give clients a more complete "in-house" design experience. Youll work through the design process with our team, produce clean deliverables, and well use a local engineer to stamp as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Create residential drawings and 3D renderings based on direction, sketches, and feedback
• Support design iterations: revise plans quickly and keep versions organized
• Prepare client-ready visuals and documentation for internal review
• Coordinate with the team to finalize design packages for engineering and permits
• Maintain consistent standards, naming, and file organization across projects
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in residential design/drafting, and producing client-ready renderings
• Proficiency with relevant tools (e.g., AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp/Chief Architect/Lumion/Enscape/BlueBeam, use what youre strong in)
• Strong attention to detail, clean documentation, and responsive turnaround
• Comfortable collaborating asynchronously and taking clear feedback
• Bonus: experience supporting builders/GCs and understanding constructability
  
  

Pay And Benefits

• Independent contractor, remote position.
• Pay: $10 to $15 USD per hour, based on experience.
• Hours: Part-time/project-based (light steady workload; roughly ~10 hrs/week)
