Job Description

Basic Requirements：

Graduate of Civil Engineering Course, PRC license is preferred
Autodesk (CAD) User
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet project deadlines
Construction/site experience is preferred
Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Atleast three (3) Years of relevant experience

Job Description:

Focus on DDD work and output
Prepare structural plans and detailed reinforcement drawings for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, roofs, and other structural elements
Prepare accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO), Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and material estimates from structural drawings
Prepare Coast Analysis
Coordinate with Clients, architects, engineers, contractors and site personnel
Other arrangement from Design Manager
