As Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving ideas and solutions, and for implementing these, with the main goal of addressing customer pain points and pushing customers to digital channels. He/she will manage the portfolio of products, channels, and solutions assigned to him/her, acting as a business owner in the portfolio assigned. He/she works with the team and stakeholders in designing a strategic roadmap for the portfolio. To do this, he/she will be working very closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team for feedback and insights, IT, Legal, Regulatory, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world.
