Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls and assist members with healthcare-related inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding benefits, coverage, services, and account-related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately in company systems.
• Follow established processes, compliance requirements, and customer service guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• At least Senior High School Graduate or completed 2nd year college
• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
• Must be based in Cebu and amenable to a hybrid work arrangement

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Healthcare Insurance or Healthcare-related customer service
• Experience handling voice customer support accounts
