Primary DetailsTime Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeThe purpose of this role is to provide customer service to meet team objectives in line with the Company's business plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain product, system and process knowledge.
  • Attend relevant product and skill courses and pass on key points to other staff.
  • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding queries.
  • Develop good working relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Process insurance quotations, new business, and renewals.
  • Complete administrative duties such as handling mail, recording cheques, and taking payments.
  • Maintain data in computer systems and databases.
  • Environmental awareness and customer focus.

Work Experience:

Preferred Work Experience includes:

  • Some relevant working experience in administrative support or customer service function, preferably in General Insurance companies.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications include:

  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Incumbent must be able to lift basic office equipment up to 20 lbs.
