Job Description
Dedale Intelligence in Cebu City is seeking a Customer Success Associate to engage clients via the Lighthouse platform, monitor usage, and deliver personalized content recommendations. You will collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and help enhance content offerings.
Excellent English communication and 3–5 years of experience in customer success or related roles are preferred, with experience in content or newsletter writing considered a plus.
