• Role: Customer Service Representative (US Healthcare Account)

• Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a US Healthcare BPO account (Billing, Claims, Member Services, or Prior Authorization).
• Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare terminologies.
• Availability: Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule and undergo 30 days of paid training at our Cebu facility.
