Job Summary:

The B2B Customer Service / Order Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end customer order fulfillment while ensuring excellent service to customer and through sales team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, coordinating closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order fulfillment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Accept and Process B2B customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Coordinate with the Production Planner on order production schedules and monitor production output in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Coordinate with QA and Warehouse teams regarding order release and product availability.
  • Arrange logistics for order delivery and customer pick-up
  • Monitor deliveries and shipments and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
  • Handle order discrepancies, delivery issues, returns, and customer complaints effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, deliveries, and customer communications.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and order reconciliation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service-level agreements, and regulatory requirements.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability.
