Hi! Were Smartsourcing, and were on the hunt for a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, youll be the voice that makes every customer feel heard, valued, and supported.

Where Youll Be: JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu

About The Role 

As a Contact Centre Representative, youll deliver outstanding customer service and support across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. Youll assist customers with reservations, rental support, and general enquiries to ensure a seamless rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new bookings, modifications, and customer queries with a customer-first approach
• Support customers with vehicle information, upgrades, disruptions, and policy guidance
• Process payments and accurately update reservation systems
• Resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary and aiming for first contact resolution
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicles, locations, products, and promotions
• Assist other business areas such as depots and head office when required
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant legislation
  
  

Essential

About You

• Customer service experience in a fast paced environment
  
  

Desirable

• Experience in vehicle rental, contact centers, or tourism
  
  

Skills & Attributes

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, G-Suite, and booking systems
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving ability
• Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude

• Works well independently and as part of a team
