Shape the Voice Behind Community-Centered Neighborhood Revitalization
Parity Homes is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer / Communications Associate to support our growing need for high-quality written content across marketing, sales, and internal communications. In this role, you will craft clear and compelling messaging that strengthens our brand voice, deepens client engagement, and supports internal alignment across teams.
We are more than a homebuilder; we are reimagining how neighborhoods are valued and invested in. Our work centers on transforming long-abandoned Baltimore rowhomes into pathways to wealth and resilience for historically marginalized communities. Every team member contributes to this mission--including through the stories we tell and the messages we share.
