Your Role

As a Content Review and Tagging Specialist, you will:

• Review and tag product listings, images, videos, and text descriptions across e-commerce platforms.
• Apply content moderation policies consistently to identify prohibited, counterfeit, fraudulent, or misleading product information.
• Escalate complex or ambiguous cases following established guidelines while documenting moderation decisions accurately.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in calibration sessions, policy training updates, and uphold strict data security and confidentiality standards.

• Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating digital review tools.
• Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Full willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Customer Service operations.
• Background in e-commerce product catalog auditing or trademark/copyright review.
• Familiarity with SLA tracking, quality assurance standards, and policy calibration processes.
• Proven ability to analyze visual and written content quickly for policy compliance.
• Strong documentation and reporting habits.
