Hi! Were Smartsourcing, and were looking for a full-time, onsite Company Nurse to support the health, safety, and wellbeing of our team. In this role, youll provide day-to-day medical care, support workplace safety initiatives, and help foster a safe, supportive, and healthy work environment.

 About the Role

As our Company Nurse, youll play a critical role in safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our team. From administering first aid and conducting health assessments to promoting wellness initiatives and ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards, youll be at the heart of creating a safe, supportive, and thriving workplace.

Key Responsibilities  Requirements Must-Have Qualifications Certifications Skills & Competencies

• Health Services & Medical Care
• Administer first aid and immediate care for workplace injuries and illnesses
• Conduct health assessments and vital signs monitoring
• Refer employees to external medical providers when necessary
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, readiness, and inventory
• Health Monitoring & Incident Reporting
• Monitor employee health through routine checks and declarations
• Maintain accurate records of medical cases and clinic visits
• Prepare and submit incident reports and health summaries
• Occupational Safety & Compliance
• Support implementation of health and safety policies
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DOH, and OSHS standards
• Coordinate with safety officers and healthcare providers
• Employee Wellness & Health Education
• Organize health awareness campaigns, vaccinations, and wellness activities
• Promote hygiene, healthy habits, and preventive care
• Support mental health and stress management initiatives
• Cross-Functional Support
• Coordinate fit-to-work assessments and medical clearances
• Collaborate with facilities, admin, and security during emergencies
• Serve as a health resource for managers and staff
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• License: Registered Nurse (RN) – Philippines (PRC licensed)
• Experience: 1–2 years in clinical or occupational nursing (corporate, BPO, or clinic setting preferred)
• Valid PRC License
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• First Aid Certification (preferred)
• BOSH Training for Nurses Certification (highly preferred)
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and MS Office
• Working knowledge of DOLE, DOH, and OSHS regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to act swiftly and calmly in emergency situations
• High attention to detail and strong professional integrity
