Job Description

The Client Servicing Officer provides Cash Management and Trade after-sales support, ensuring efficient client servicing and active relationship management to strengthen customer trust, loyalty, and support business growth.

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints accurately and within prescribed TAT, coordinating with relevant units for resolution.
  • Handle client maintenance requests and process transactions based on client instructions.
  • Provide after-sales servicing for Cash Management and Trade products.
  • Maintain active contact with corporate clients to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Trade, or Customer Servicing in a bank or similar industry.
  • Background in after-sales support and customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to meet service level, quality, and productivity metrics.
  • Preferably with experience in Operations or Transaction Servicing.
