This critical role will participate in the transformation of how Lexmark captures its global enterprise architecture, leveraging Enterprise Digital Twin capabilities. Digital twin is a real-time digital replica of a product, process or system which can be used for execution, analysis, testing, and auditing.
The Enterprise Digital Twin Process Architect has two primary responsibilities:
Fundamentally transform how Lexmark manages digital assets, by applying Lexmark’s tools, standards, methods, and governance to the design of transformed end-to-end enterprise processes. Continuously apply those capabilities as the consulting process architect to a portfolio of Lexmark projects and enhancements.
Specific Responsibilities and Tasks
Supervising a team of EDT Designers from different workstreams/areas globally to capture and architect operational processes from high level value stream down to role-based tasks
Identify and document opportunities for improvement during process modeling work sessions
Provide thought leadership within workstreams by focusing discussions on business value, strategic impact, and process transformation and simplification
Lead the execution and delivery of process design workstreams, including both business and IT
Manage change – as changes to the workstreams are proposed, lead the impact analysis, considering short and long-term trade-offs, benefits, and risks, then synthesize and communicate options that will help facilitate decision-making
Manage deliverables and dependencies for the process design workstreams
Convey key milestones and dependencies to the business and IT organizations
Track key milestones and manage any schedule or scope risks, by building and creating solid mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery of committed deliverables
Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status
Coordinate with internal staff in support of business development, organizational change management, and operational activity related to Digital Twin
Perform governance reviews of submitted digital assets ensuring compliance with Lexmark Digital Twin existing methodologies and best practices
Provide training and guidance to new Digital Twin practitioners in order to drive scale within the Enterprise Digital Twin practice

Analytics
ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform fundamentals, including data structures, workflows, and scripting, to effectively leverage ServiceNow Analytics capabilities and integrate analytics solutions with other BPM tools
Data Governance and Compliance: Understanding of data governance principles and compliance requirements, including data security, privacy, and regulatory standards, to ensure that analytics initiatives adhere to organizational policies and industry regulations.
Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from ServiceNow databases and other sources
Report Development: Experience in developing and customizing reports and dashboards within ServiceNow Performance Analytics to visualize data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Business Intelligence (BI) Tools Integration: Knowledge of integrating ServiceNow data with external business intelligence tools, such as Power BI to performance analytics and create interactive visualizations.

BPM (Business Process Mining)
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of business processes and domain-specific knowledge in areas such as finance, Order to Cash, Data Governance or supply chain management, to contextualize process mining findings and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
Conformance Checking: Experience in conformance checking methods to compare discovered process models against predefined process models or business rules, identifying deviations and compliance issues for further investigation.
Process Visualization: Ability to visualize and map discovered process models using process mining software tools, such as Celonis, Disco, or ProM, to provide clear insights into process flows, activities, and dependencies.
Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Ability to stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in process mining research, methodologies, and tools, and continuously adapt and refine process mining approaches to address evolving business needs and challenges.
Partner Management
Be able to maintain relationship with ins-pi as our partner and align with strategic objectives to identify opportunities for tool enhancements
Qualifications
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in business process transformation
Experience with Enterprise Digital Twin concepts, challenges, and foundations for a successful program
Experience with facilitating and organizing process modeling work sessions
Experience with process architecture and modeling tools such as: Designer, Provision, MEGA, Vision. Experience with Designer is a plus
Experience with the American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC) process framework
A highly motivated, self-directed individual who is tenacious, and approaches business engagement in an energetic way
Strong business and technical acumen
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Superior interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to win the confidence of individuals
Advanced written and verbal communication skills (English), including the ability to digest information quickly and repackage for sharing
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business or Technical)
Professional Certifications preferred (TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, PMI (Project Management Institute), etc.)
