As a Business Intelligence and Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging data to generate business insights and developing custom business applications using no/low-code platforms. This role involves analyzing data, creating user-friendly applications, and working with various departments to meet their data and automation needs. The specialist will play a key role in enhancing data-driven decision-making and streamlining business processes using the latest technology. You will work closely with the Shared Services team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources to extract meaningful insights.
• Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings.
• Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities to support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Education & Experience

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology graduate
• Experience in no/low-code platforms is an edge
• Machine Learning and Data Science experience is an edge

• Knowledge in data visualization and BI Tools
• Knowledge in Database & SQL
• Knowledge in data querying and manipulation
