Job Description

Drive End-to-End Sales: Prospect, negotiate, and close high-volume new enterprise accounts.
Architect Your Pipeline: Build and manage a high-velocity, predictable pipeline using your own proven strategies and self-directed discipline.
Exceed Volume Targets: Consistently hit and surpass ambitious revenue goals, setting the benchmark for performance across the company.

Optimize Your Process: Treat your territory as your own business—continuously refining your outreach, pitch, and closing methods to boost conversion rates.

Minimum Qualifications

Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or other related Courses.
Minimum of six (6) years of progressive sales experience, preferably in construction materials, interior fit-out/design, boards, coatings, architectural or related industries.
Proven record in closing high-value projects, handling key accounts, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Strong technical knowledge of construction industry projects, modular furniture, and fit-out requirements.
Assigned at Cesar's Foodland, Banilad, Cebu City
