Summary-R1383654 EMEA-ITG-SAP-Ferrara AMS As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these into effective business solutions. The position requires close collaboration with different teams to support transformation initiatives and ensure that business needs are accurately translated into technology-driven operating models. Additionally, the role involves guiding the development of business cases and assisting in the implementation of strategic projects to drive organizational success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet evolving business needs. - Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and supply chain operations. - Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide business solutions. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions. - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
