Business Analyst

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will also conduct research, gather information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and feedback. - Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure clarity and alignment. - Support the implementation of solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
