WORK SET UP: On-site - 6 days a week

POSITION: Building Technicians / Multi-skilled Technicians

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
• Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
• Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
• Maintain health and safety systems, ensuring all equipment is functional, and incidents are reported.
• Support positive client and tenant relations through quality service.
• Recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency.
• Participate in company meetings, training, and development activities.
  
  
  

• At least a vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor’s/college degree.
• At least 1 year of experience as an employee specialized in Maintenance and repair in building and facilities management.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Amenable to work six (6) days a week.
  
  
  

• Skilled in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Performs preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance of records and software use.
• Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Provides excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
